To register for the Canadian Bleeding Disorder Registry (CBDR) you must consent to the following conditions.

By providing authorized login credentials you will be taken to the web page of the CBDR. Unless expressly permitted to do so, you are not permitted to enter the site. At the time of registering to use the CBDR, McMaster University and the Association of Hemophilia Clinic Directors of Canada collect some personal information of yours to determine whether you can be registered and to manage your user account. If you choose not to provide the mandatory information, your application to access the CBDR cannot be processed.
